I am so glad you’re here.
I am a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor with 11+ years of experience supporting all ages through grief, burnout, and big life transitions. My approach for both therapy & supervision is relational, intuitive, and steady. I’m grounded in clinical skill, but promise to never lose my humanity.
I offer virtual sessions across Colorado to adults & provide supervision to LPCCs who want support that’s honest, collaborative, and personalized to your specific needs.

Therapy Services & Fees
This rate allows a low caseload and intentional, focused care.
Bandwidth Therapy does not accept insurance, but clients can request a monthly super-bill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. A Good Faith Estimate of expected investment is available upon request in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
Bandwidth Therapy uses a secure electronic health record (EHR) system for scheduling, paperwork, and messaging. A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee of $105.
Clinical Supervision & Fees
Kate is thrilled to offer virtual clinical supervision for LPCCs located anywhere in Colorado.
She has worked in hospitals, community mental health, hospice, and group practice settings. Kate also spent eight years teaching in a graduate counseling program. She knows how hard this work is, and how much it matters to have steady, grounded support while you’re finding your footing.
Supervision with Kate is relational, practical, and collaborative. It includes real talk about real cases, the systems you’re working in, and the kind of therapist you’re becoming.
Individual clinical supervision sessions are offered at $60.
Biweekly group (2-6 LPCCs) sessions are offered at $30.
All supervision sessions take place within a secure video platform and a credit or debit card is required on file. If 24 hours’ notice is not provided or a no-show occurs, the card on file will be billed the full session fee.
